Dear Haijin, visitors and travelers,
We are almost halfway this Tan Renga Challenge Month and until now I have read wonderfully completed Tan Renga. It's really nice to read all those differences in the second stanzas. And it's a joy to see and read that every haiku-family-member who's haiku is used for the first stanza is so enthousiastic about the completions of their Tan Renga.
Today I have another wonderful haiku which will serve as the starting verse of a Tan Renga. Today I have chosen a haiku written by Anmol (a.k.a.HA) of HowAnxious. He wrote this haiku in response on our prompt 'chaos' in our first anniversary month. Going along with that haiku he posted a beautiful photo, which I like to reproduce here. (I don't know the source of this photo).
Here follows the haiku, the first stanza of this new Tan Renga Challenge-day, written by HA:
entangled branches
sun ascends through lifeless limbs
beautiful chaos
(c) Anmol (a.k.a. HA)
Really an awesome haiku ... very unique in it's word-painting and with that photo going along with it, it would be a wonderful haiga. It's a honor that I may use this one.
Of course of have to try to complete this Tan Renga, so ... here is my attempt to complete this Tan Renga started by HA.

in the fragile morning light

A nice completion, if I may say so, ... the haiku gave me strong feeling of fragility and the first thing which came in mind was wonderful non-chaotic cobweb of a spider in contrast with the chaos of the branches ... I think this Tan Renga, with the pivot in the third line is very well in balance (hm ... how immodest). Now it's up to you ... have fun, be inspired and share your completed Tan Renga with our Haiku Kai. !! This episode of CD's Tan Renga Challenge Month is open for your submissions at 7.00 PM (CET) and it will stay open until November 14th 11.59 AM (CET) !!
