Last month we had already a day on which the prompt was 'rainbow', Kaykuala posted than a wonderful series of haiku that brought me the idea to do a 'reprise' on rainbow and the colors of the rainbow. So here it starts our 'rainbow-week'.
I have made a 'photo-haiga' for your inspiration:
the little child sobs 'I want to cross it' - the rainbow bridge |
Ah children ... I love their imagination.
This prompt will stay on 'till November 4th 11.59 AM (CET). I will publish our next prompt 'Red' today around 10.00 PM (CET).
Have fun, be inspired and share your haiku with us ... it's rainbow week (smiles)
I love your haiku for the greatness of its simplicity and its innocence.

Like your haiga a lot
ReplyDeleteReally pretty haiku!
ReplyDeleteI want to believe, as a child, that all my beloved pets and people are having a wonderful time, just over that bridge...
ReplyDeleteRainbow haiku is excellent ~ got to have that 'inner child' to create ~ lovely ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your kind words. I am so happy that you have found the way to Carpe Diem and that the 'rainbow'-reprise is a success.
ReplyDeleteThe mysterious and mystical rainbow ... it's a joy to write haiku about it.
