Dear Haijin, visitors and travelers,
It's with pleasure that I post a new episode of CDHK. As you all know we have a month full of haiga and spring. Today we have a nice prompt clouds. Clouds ... those wonderful things high up at the sky, changing everlasting to wonderful images and fantasy worlds. So I think you can create beauties ...
To inspire you I have a few haiku by Jane Reichhold extracted from her "A Dictionary of Haiku":
free to fly
some of the ocean
in wind-driven colors
some of the ocean
in wind-driven colors
wispy
clouds
splashed across the sky
sea foam
splashed across the sky
sea foam
a point of
land
breaking through the clouds
sunshine
breaking through the clouds
sunshine
pines
under great white mountains
clouds
under great white mountains
clouds
changing
forms
all around the Buddha
clouds in a blue sky
all around the Buddha
clouds in a blue sky
flooding the river
with spring
with spring

Next to cherry blossom, one of my favorite themes, I love to create haiku (haiga and tanka) inspired on clouds. So this one was "easy".
And a tanka from a revised cascading haiku which I published earlier here at CDHK:
fantasy
world unfolds
while the wind tears clouds apart
in sunny colors
clouds moving, changing everlasting
fantasy world unfolds
while the wind tears clouds apart
in sunny colors
clouds moving, changing everlasting
fantasy world unfolds

Well I hope I have inspired you all. I am looking forward to your responses. Have fun!
This episode is open for your submissions tonight at 7.00 PM (CET) and will remain open until April 16th at noon (CET). I will try to publish our next episode, the 2nd CD-Special by our featured haiku poetess Sara McNulty, later on.
