Carpe Diem #315, Chaos (provided by Cathy Tenzo)

Dear Haijin, visitors and travelers,

Sometimes it isn't easy to write an introduction to our posts about the prompts, Chaos (provided by Cathy Tenzo) is such a prompt. What can I write about chaos?
The first thing which I thought of was the pre-creation chaos which God divided on the first day of His Creation, but I thought also about the Big Bang Theory from which matter and anti-matter were divided. I am more someone of the Evolution Theory by Darwin, but I like also the 'romance and adventure' of Gods Creation.
Chaos can also point to a "messy head", in which all thoughts are stumbling over eachother and you don't know what to about it. Another kind of Chaos is such as occurred at 9/11 2001 when the WTC was under attack. Complete Chaos we saw on TV.
Chaos also we see after earthquakes, Tsunami's, Typhoons or Hurricanes. Chaos ... a strange word ...

Albert Einstein

And now ... I have to write a haiku (or a few) about Chaos ... let me think ...

after the storm
autumn chaos everywere -
wild dance of colors

wild dance of colors
as an autumn storm is raging
uprooted trees

uprooted trees
blocking the way to my home
after the storm

Uprooted trees blocking the way

This prompt will stay open for your submissions 'til October 7th 11.59 AM (CET) and I will post our next episode, Strangers (provided by Patricia), later on today around 7.00 PM (CET). Have fun, be inspired and share your haiku with our Haiku Kai.
!! Chaos is open for your submissions at 7.00 PM (CET) !!

  4. The chaos after the storm...a fallen tree sometimes can feel as chaotic as flooding or being stuck in cars in the flood. Chaos sure runs the gamut. Lovely how you spun autumn around and through your chaos.
